1. Definitions & Interpretation

The following terms used in these terms and conditions have the meanings stated below:

2. Platform Eligibility

3. Account Registration & Security

Only one account is permitted per person. If a single individual opens multiple accounts, all accounts may be suspended and deposited funds may be forfeited. Opening multiple accounts using the same device, IP address, or payment method is prohibited.

3.2 Providing Accurate Information

You must provide accurate and complete information at the time of registration. If your name, date of birth, phone number, or payment method details are incorrect, it may cause issues with withdrawals.

3.3 Password & Security

4. Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

The payment methods currently supported on k8888 are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳200. Deposited funds are generally credited to the account instantly.

4.2 Withdrawal Policy

New members will receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. For example, depositing ৳1,000 will add a ৳2,000 bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳3,000. A specific wagering requirement must be met to withdraw this bonus.

5.2 Wagering Requirement

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 20 times and applies only to the bonus amount (not the deposit and bonus combined). For example: ৳2,000 bonus × 20 = ৳40,000 in bets must be completed before winnings earned from the bonus become withdrawable.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• Bonuses may only be used on games on the k8888 platform.
• Each bonus offer applies once per person / household / address / IP address.
• k8888 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• If a bonus is cancelled before the wagering requirement is met, the associated bonus winnings will be forfeited.
• If multiple bonuses are active at the same time, k8888 may provide guidance on which specific bonus applies.

6. Sports & Gaming Rules

6.1 Sports Betting

The following applies to sports betting on k8888:

• If a market is cancelled or changed after a bet has been accepted, k8888 has the sole right to make a decision.
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, k8888 has the right to void that bet.
• If an event ends before its scheduled time or is cancelled, a decision will be made in accordance with k8888's own policy.

6.2 Casino & Slot Games

8. Account Suspension & Closure

8.2 Account Closure by the User

If a user wishes to close their own account, they may contact the support team. The user will be given the opportunity to withdraw any real funds in the account before closure, however any bonus winnings with incomplete wagering will be forfeited.
